Three promises, and what happens if we break them
Every agency says satisfaction guaranteed, which means nothing. Here is exactly what we promise and exactly what it costs us when we miss.

1. You'll never chase us for a change
Send us a content change to your site and it is live within two business days, or that month is free.
Content means the stuff that changes: swapping a photo for one you send us, adding job photos to a service page, editing text, updating your hours, services, or phone number. Bigger builds and brand new features are not in the two days, and we will tell you upfront what those actually take.

2. Nobody who calls you gets ignored
That is the entire point of the system. If a call comes in and our text back does not fire, tell us and that month is on us.
The honest boundary: this covers our system failing to do its job. It does not cover your phone being switched off, your carrier dropping the call before it reaches us, an outage at the platform or phone provider we run on, or a contact who has opted out or is already marked do not disturb. Those things happen and they are not ours to fix. When one of them is the reason, we will show you what we see in the logs rather than just tell you no.

3. No hostage situation if you leave
Cancel whenever you like and we hand over your site as HTML files, an export of your contacts, and the transfer code for your domain if we registered it. No exit fee and no runaround.
Two things worth knowing now rather than later. The automations, the CRM, and the missed-call text back run on our platform, so they do not travel with you: you would need a new host for the site and something else to handle the follow-up. And your own phone number stays yours the entire time, because we never take it over. We point a tracking number at it instead, so on your way out you would swap that back to your own number on your site, your Google Business Profile, and anywhere else it is listed.
We can promise this because we built one system and run it for a lot of businesses instead of rebuilding it for each one, and because there is no contract. If we stop being worth $297 a month, you leave. That keeps us honest better than any contract could.
