The Site is operated by Ellington Marketing, LLC dba Leap Local (“Leap Local,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you purchase a subscription or services from us, your use of those paid offerings is also governed by our Master Services Agreement (“MSA”).
If these Terms conflict with the MSA, the MSA controls for paid services.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
