These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of all services provided by Ellington Marketing, LLC dba Leap Local ("Leap Local", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to our website, local SEO services, lead generation, CRM solutions, and mobile application (the "App").
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Overview
Leap Local provides tools and services to help businesses increase visibility in local search results, manage customer relationships, and capture inbound leads. Services include:
- Google Maps ranking campaigns
- Lead generation and call tracking
- CRM and contact management via the Leap Local website and app
- Reporting dashboards and communication tools
2. Trial Period and Guarantee
Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial of select services. After the trial, standard pricing applies unless canceled before the trial ends.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on paid service plans. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from initial payment.
3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your login credentials.
4. Use of the Leap Local App
The Leap Local App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful business purposes
- Not engage in unauthorized reselling or sublicensing
- Not reverse-engineer or tamper with the App or its code
Updates may be applied periodically, and features are subject to change.
5. Payment Terms
All paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the selected service level. Payments are non-refundable beyond the 30-day guarantee period unless otherwise required by law.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain a verified Google Business Profile (if using SEO services)
- Follow onboarding steps and cooperate with any necessary setup tasks
- Refrain from using our systems for spam, misleading content, or prohibited advertising
7. Intellectual Property
All Leap Local content, logos, service frameworks, and technology remain the property of Ellington Marketing, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the services without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Leap Local is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, downtime, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee business outcomes beyond performance of stated services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by written notice.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
